The fun-loving Anna / Dr Pepper Can completes the tour of America's Legoland theme parks as she visiits Legoland Florida (Legoland California was featured back in February).
Legoland Florida, located in Winter Haven, is the second largest of the five Legoland theme parks behind the Windsor UK location. The 150-acre park features rides, shows, a waterpark, and the Legoland miniland attraction which is the centerpiece of all its parks. Legoland Florida is built on the site of the state's first theme park Cypress Gardens, a venerable tourist attraction long before a certain mouse and his sidekicks put down roots an hour away in Orlando. The botanical gardens have been preserved and a ski show has been incorporated into Legoland's entertainment in a respectful nod to its predecessor which occupied the site from 1936-2009.
